Bryant Minneapolis Real Estate
Located in the southern portion of Minneapolis is the Bryant neighborhood, which is a part of the greater Powderhorn Community. This neighborhood is bordered by 38th Street East, Interstate 35 W, 42nd Street East and Chicago Avenue.
This small neighborhood is close to 35W, which makes accessing the entire Twin Cities a breeze. All the Twin Cities has to offer is at the fingertips of the Bryant residents. Downtown Minneapolis is also only minutes away from the Bryant neighborhood.
The neighborhood itself has plenty of green space to breakup the urban landscape. Phelps Park and the nearby Powderhorn Park offer residents beautiful sights, recreational opportunities and a chance to "escape" the city for a bit.
