Cleveland Minneapolis Real Estate

The Cleveland neighborhood is located in northwest Minneapolis in the Camden Community. Its boundaries are Dowling Avenue North, Penn Avenue, Lowry Avenue and Xerxes Avenue. The district is named in honor of Grover Cleveland, who served as president of the United States twice.

Cleveland has a suburban feel to it, despite its central location within Minneapolis. The wide streets and character homes give this neighborhood plenty of beautiful neighborhood sights. The open green spaces and parkland, Cleveland Park specifically, give residents plenty of areas to retreat away from the city, while not having to go to far for the change of scenery. This also gives residents plenty of recreational opportunities on a year-round basis.

At Penn and Lowry avenues is a commercial area that provides residents with shopping, dining and employment options. This area has many great shops for locals to frequent, as well as offers a close proximity to Downtown Minneapolis and all it has to offer.
