The Jordan neighborhood is in the Near North Community of Minneapolis. Its borders are Lowry Avenue North, Emerson Avenue North, and West Broadway Avenue. The neighborhood gets its namesake from Minneapolis Public Schools Superintendent Emeritus Charles Morison Jordan. Jordan is a mostly residential district with about 10,000 inhabitants.

The interior of the neighborhood is largely residential, which puts all the homes together in one peaceful community. Glen Gale Park and Jordan Park are two of the best features of this area.
