Linden Hills Minneapolis Real Estate

The neighborhood of Linden Hills is located within the Southwest Community of Minneapolis. It’s bounded by France Avenue, Lake Harriet, Lake Calhoun, 47th Street West, William Berry Drive and 36th Street West. The neighborhood was named for the linden trees that are prevalent in the neighborhood.

Linden Hills is one of Minneapolis larger neighborhoods, with a business district that offers a variety of small, locally owned shopping and eating experiences. The best part about this business district is that it is within walking or biking distance for the entire neighborhood. The homes here are modestly priced and sized, and for the most part are Craftsman style homes. The Linden Trees in the area are like the cherry on top of the sundae that is this neighborhood.

The neighborhood itself has all the amenities one could ask for, but with Downtown Minneapolis only minutes away, there are even more shopping, dining and entertainment options. Both Lake Harriet and Lake Calhoun are within walking or biking distance, two of the more popular Minneapolis destinations.
