Regina is a neighborhood in the Nokomis Community of Minneapolis. It is bound by 42nd Street East in the north, Chicago Avenue in the east, 46th Street East in the south and Interstate 35W in the west. The district is named after the former Regina parochial school, which now houses a Head Start program and day-care center.

Many of the homes here were built in the early 20th century. The architectural styles here are Tudor, many of which have stucco throughout, and after World War II many starter homes were constructed for the returning veterans. The homes here are rich in historic character and have a lot to offer, even today. Many have been upgraded or modernized to fit into today's real estate market.
